I went from a jet setter, flying to Paris for a weekend, moving 14 different times just for a change of scenery, free to do as i please for 34 years! Then my life completely changed. My husband and I began dating again in April of 2015. We were engaged by August, Married by October, Pregnant by December, and then the following September we met our first son! Talk about a whirl wind, with no time to process and digest this new version of me, my new life, my new identity.

Desperate to feel like myself again and embrace this version of me and determined to feel joyful, energized, and confident again, I got busy researching and trying different strategies to overcome this identity crisis! 21 Days of Self Love was born!
